What I can help you with

I work with individuals experiencing crisis and difficulties in their daily lives and in relationships.

This might be as a result of depression and / or anxiety.

It may be a specific issue which you need to explore and could be undermining the quality of your life. It might also have triggered difficult emotions, which you don’t understand.

You may be feeling stuck or sad.

You may be finding it hard to cope.

Life can be challenging and the pressure of living in a city, juggling work and home life, can be stressful.

You may be feeling lonely and isolated and feel there is no one to talk to.
