“There are many ways of getting strong,
sometimes talking is the best way”

Andre Agassi

Acknowledging that you may need help to discuss your difficulties can be a very daunting thought.

Taking that first step to contacting someone is a brave one.

There are times when everyone needs some space and somebody to listen to them objectively with acceptance and without judgment.

I can offer long and short term counselling to help you with a wide range of issues.

I work from my consulting room in Belsize Park, London NW3

What Now?

The starting point is to have an initial consultation where I will ask you questions about yourself and why you have come for help.

It will give you a chance to also ask me questions. Talking about your life with someone can be challenging.

I will offer you a safe supportive and friendly space to explore these difficulties.

We will work in a collaborative way focusing on developing an honest, therapeutic relationship.

Talking about your you and your life is how we begin.

If you decide you would like to move forward with the counselling we can then decide how best to do this.

My Approach

I work intergratively which includes psychoanalytical, psychodynamic and person-centred therapies. I also use cognitive behavioural therapy when appropriate.

The therapy therefore is tailor made for each client.

The counselling I practise will help you better understand your difficulties, why you are having them and reasons they persist.
